The crowd gathers in anticipation of the hound judging by Fred Berry MFH, huntsman of Sedgefield Hunt.

While these hounds were crowd favorites, "cuteness" could not be a factor in the judging.

Despite stiff competition from Gracie, Emily Hannigan and her hound are named best in show by Fred Berry.

Doug Davis "auctions" off puppies for the upcoming hunt season.  The "owner" of the best young entry will receive a custom portrait of the hound painted by Huntsman, David Raley.

David Raley prepares the hounds for the first annual "The Rougemont Stakes Foxhound Race".
